Josh was a true professional throughout our house hunt in Napa. Not being from this area Josh was really good at letting us know the pros and cons of each area and home. Can’t say enough positive about Josh and our experience with him.

Ours was a difficult vacant land sale in west Napa County and it took a long time to complete. Over the years it took to find a buyer, Josh's attention never flagged. He did not push us to sell upon receiving unsatisfying offers nor to drop our asking price - rather he encouraged us to wait for the right buyer which he believed would come along. He actively showed the property as often as needed and he found potentially troubling regulatory issues that we could proactively address. We were out-of-town owners and he always found the time to help us with issues that needed onsite attention. Ultimately, the right buyer showed up and Josh negotiated the right deal. He has a supremely sophisticated understanding of his market and great business sense. He has an insider's Rolodex; we always felt confident that we were missing nothing and were pursuing the optimal sales strategy. It was a fantastic performance in a difficult situation and we are very grateful to him.

We met Josh through Calistoga Ranch where we are owners, allowing us 6 weeks per year in the Napa Valley.
